1987 年北京师范大学生物系生物化学专业、获理学学士;2006 年郑州大学化学系化学生物学专业、获理学博士;1987-2005 郑州大学化学系分析测试中心、副教授;2005 -2006 香港浸会大学化学系、高级访问学者;2006至今:清华大学深圳研究生院、教授。多年来一直从事液质联用技术在化学生物学和生命分析化学等领域的研究与教学工作,开展了小分子化合物与生物大分子的弱相互作用研究、药物的体内、外代谢动力学研究、代谢组学研究、蛋白质组学研究、生物医学与食品安全等基础与应用研究、新的检测技术和新型大环分离介质的合成与应用研究、机质谱在生命磷化学中分析应用研究等。参加科技部863 计划项目1 项(副组长)、国家科技重大专项项目2项,973 前期重大基础研究项目1 项、国家国际科技合作计划项目1项、主持和主研国家自然科学基金3项,以及其它省部级科研项目多项。在Electrophoresis, Analytical Chemistry,Chemical Communications, Journal of Chromatography A,Analytica Chimica Acta, TALANTA?等国际著名学术期刊发表科研论文50 余篇。获2007 年广东省科技进步奖三等奖1 项,深圳市2007 年科技创新奖1 项,河南省科委科研成果鉴定3 项,多次获得省级自然科学优秀论文一等奖。

2001年河南工业大学获得发酵工程学士学位,2004年河南工业大学获得生物工程硕士学位,2008年清华大学获得生物学博士学位,2008至2010年在清华大学深圳研究生院从事博士后研究工作。目前主要从事肿瘤化学生物学研究,涉及肿瘤相关核酸分子探针研究、肿瘤细胞发生生长机理、细胞凋亡信号转导途径及抑制肿瘤细胞生长的抗癌药物研究等。参加科技部863 计划项目1 项、国家科技重大专项项目1项,973计划前期重大专项项目1 项、主持和主研国家自然科学基金3项、市级科技计划项目2项,以及其它省部级科研项目多项。近年来在Analytical Chemistry、Sensors and Actuators B、Cell Death and Disease 、Acta Pharmacologica Sinica、Breast Cancer Research、Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery等国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇,获得发明专利1项,申请发明专利2项。
